Aldi to sell garden furniture almost identical to John Lewis range

Popular budget supermarket Aldi has done it again by launching a John Lewis copycat garden furniture range – and it’s a fraction of the price.

The new Specialbuys collection will go on sale online at Aldi.co.uk and in stores nationwide from May 3, and features a range of al fresco dining furniture options that will suit both big and small gardens.

Shoppers who want to ensure they don’t miss out will be able to pre-order goods online from April 29, but as with all Aldi Specialbuy items once they are sold out in store they are not restocked.

The uncannily similar items to John Lewis’ pricier range are an ideal investment for anyone who wants a high end look without splashing too much cash. Shoppers can choose the Aluminium 5 Person Glass Table (£59.99) with matching chairs (22.99) if they have a large enough space.

The whole set including five chairs comes to a total of £174.94, that’s a huge £1494 cheaper than John Lewis very similar 6 seater aluminium model , which costs a whopping £1669.

If you’re after a wooden style dining set Aldi are also launching a great value set made from sustainable eucalyptus, which comes with six matching cushioned chairs – and at £169.93 it’s a real bargain.

Dinky garden? There’s a pretty Mosiac Bistro set for smaller gardens and patios too that is priced at £69.99 for a small table and two folding chairs.

But it’s not just dining furniture that will be on sale, the supermarket chain is also offering customers a stunning Kamado Outdoor Oven (£349.99), which will only be available online, an Outdoor Log Burner (£59.99) and a classic design Pop Up Gazebo (£59.99), that comes in cream or grey.
