ALISON WONDERLAND SHARES NEW SINGLE “FUCK U LOVE U”

Alison Wonderland, one of electronic music’s most adored producer/DJ’s, closes out 2021 with her new single “Fuck U Love U.” The song a masterclass in tension and relief with a tough as nails hook and Alison’s stargazing, fragile vocals more ‘upfront’ than ever.

Excitement hit fever pitch after Alison teased the track at her multi-night sold out Red Rocks shows and her 80,000 strong performance at Lollapalooza. “Fuck U Love U,” inspired by the sounds of Kanye and Whyte Fang, is a soaring and spiritual track which highlights themes of polarity and duality of man as Alison sings of her journey through the music industry.

First teased during her sold-out shows at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado back in September, fan response was immense, following along until the track’s official release

Described as being a “big soaring and spiritual track”, “Fuck U Love U” also focuses on themes of “polarity and duality of man” as Alison vocally shares her journey throughout the music industry.

“Fuck U Love U” follows on from the release of “Anything” with Valentino Khan from November of 2020. That in turn was the latest in a string of singles (including the likes of “Bad Things”) that have arrived since the release of her 2018 album, Awake, which hit the top ten in Australia, and topped the US Dance charts.

As it stands, Alison Wonderland is currently on track to release her forthcoming third album in the near future, though specific details are yet to emerge. While “Bad Things” was indeed the first taste of album number three, it’s clear that if songs such as that and “Fuck U Love U” have emerged during her latest period of creativity, Alison Wonderland might just be on the cusp of sharing the best record of her career.

The haunting track features reverb-heavy vocals from Wonderland with an eerieness to its glitchy production. It’s a slower pace than her previous 2020 releases – ‘Anything’ with Valentino Khan and ‘Bad Things’ – and emanates an angsty edge.

Alongside writing, recording, and producing furiously from lockdown, 2020/2021 has been far from a write-off for Alison. She created a five star sanctuary in Animal Crossing, talked paranormal stuff with Loserfruit on Twitch, did a number of acclaimed sets from lockdown eg Digital Mirage + Lollapalooza, continued producing her globally broadcast radio show Radio Wonderland plus started a side hustle as a Youtuber. Earlier this year Alison ventured into the NFT space going live with a fantasy themed NFT project called ‘Wonderquest.’  Alison sold over $3 MILLION AUD in the initial sale and for a period the collection was Top 20 in the world. One of the rare “dragons” originally sold for $350 AUD now sells for over 10K AUD.
