North East architects Apto takes up office space in Stockton

Adrian Williams, founder of architectural firm Apto design, has taken his first-ever office space, expanding his firm to taking up space at Odyssey Systems’ Preston Farm business centre in Stockton.

Offering a full architectural service from initial feasibility through to obtaining Planning Permission, Building Regulations approvals and Project Management, Darlington businessman

Adrian says Apto offers a personal one to one service tailored to an individual client’s needs.

Having worked with Mike Odysseas, Managing Director of telecoms firm Odyssey System, for a number of years, the move sees Adrian take up office space at a centre he helped to design.

The 20,000 sq.ft business centre was created at the same time as Odyssey redeveloped its own HQ, which was officially opened by James Wharton MP in 2016. Five SMEs currently operate from the site, with Apto design becoming the latest business to relocate there.

Adrian Williams, Managing Director of Apto design, said: “The move to my own office space has been a long-time coming and it is fitting that the building I am operating out of is a project which I have been involved with.

“I have known Mike for many years, working on several projects, and the entire infrastructure is in place here for my firm to operate effectively.

“With the space to grow and excellent facilities, the office will allow me to progress with my expansion plans and, in the not too distant future, start to create employment.”
