TOWIE’s Fran Parman looks slimmer as she glams up for garden party

THE Only Way Is Essex’s Fran Parman looked slimmer than ever as she glammed up for a garden party after shedding two and a half stone.

The 29-year-old star overhauled her image in just eight months after she was targeted with online abuse following her return to the ITVBe show.

And she proudly showed off her new bod as she posed on Instagram this evening.

Fran looked chic in an all-white ensemble, teaming smart trousers with a cropped jacket that teased a glimpse at her toned tum.

She clutched onto a small bag with one hand, and the other was running through her glossy hair.

The beauty’s brunette locks were straight and loose around her shoulders, with the Essex favourite adding a selection of gold jewellery to complete her outfit.

She simply captioned the sultry snap: “Garden Party 🤍”

Last month, Fran admitted that having lost two and a half stone due to her diet and exercise changes, she has also “lost muscle” thanks to gyms being closed for much of the year.

She wrote at the time: “I’m very open about my journey and what my next steps are to become the best healthy version of myself so this is why I’ve posted these images, you can see I’ve lost my weight but now it’s time to gain muscles.”

In March, Fran hit out at online trolls as she posed in the same dress that triggered an onslaught of nasty messages in the summer.

She had put on more than three stone while caring for her elderly grandfather during the first lockdown, and was targeted for her size when she returned to The Only Way Is Essex in August following a two-year absence.

She has since overhauled her diet, ditching sugar to return to her trimmer frame in a matter of months.
