Season 19 of Diablo 3: Eternal Conflict has a start date and a release date

A new season of action is coming to Diablo 3 on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.

And following the announcement of Diablo 4 being in development, there’s a good chance of some fans returning to the action.

Fans still have a long time to wait, but from what we played during BlizzCon 2019, it will be worth the wait.

Until a release date is announced, gamers can look forward to the start of Diablo 3 Season 19, which is much closer.

Blizzard has revealed new seasonal rewards and Legendary item updates for the upcoming D3 event.

The new Diablo 3 Season of Eternal Conflict has a start date set for November 22, meaning a launch scheduled for the end of the working week.

Diablo 3 Season 19 is set to run for months, and won’t end until early 2020 on all platforms.

Blizzard no longer provides a firm end date for seasons, but they are committed to offering fans at least three months.

Taking in the confirmed Diablo 3 Season 19 start date, that would mean fans have until late February 2020.

And that gives fans on PC and console plenty of time to unlock the best rewards and loot.

“Season 19 is the Season of Eternal Conflict and with it come an awesome array of killstreak rewards,” a message from Blizzard confirms.

“Inspired by the war waged between the High Heavens and the Burning Hells, you‘ll earn increasingly powerful effects as you unleash destruction upon your foes. So rack up those kills and clear the battlefields in the name of Sanctuary!

“All players will benefit from the Pandemonium buff during Season 19. For each stack of this buff, you’ll receive a small boost to movement speed and bonus damage, ultimately capping out at 50% movement speed and 100% damage at 1000 stacks.

“In addition, reaching certain killstreak goals will trigger a special effect and cause even more mayhem on the battlefield.”

When it comes to the new Season Journey, there will be new a Class Set for those who complete specific chapters.

“Completing Chapters 2, 3, and 4 of the Season Journey will reward you with three of Haedrig’s Gifts.

“Each Gift contains a few pieces from one of your Class Sets. Players can only unlock one Class Set in this manner per Season across Hardcore and Non-Hardcore, so choose wisely!

“The set you receive depends on the class of the character you’re playing when you open each Haedrig’s Gift. To collect a full Class Set, you’ll need to open all three on the same character.”

Haedrig’s Gift sets as confirmed by Blizzard for Diablo 3 Season 19:

  • Barbarian – Wrath of the Wastes
  • Crusader – Roland’s Legacy
  • Demon Hunter – Unhallowed Essence
  • Monk – Raiment of a Thousand Storms
  • Necromancer – Bones of Rathma
  • Witch Doctor – Helltooth Harness
  • Wizard – Tal Rasha’s Elements

Blizzard has also confirmed that Diablo 3 Season 19 will have different launch times for PC and Console gamers. Much of this will also be tied up with what timezone you live in, with PC players getting access at 5pm, regardless.

A new Diablo 3 update will also need to be downloaded before access to Season 19 will be made available.
