The Only Way Is Essex’s Gemma Collins has managed to lose a total of three stone so far as she heads to the gym to keep up her fitness efforts
Gemma Collins has revealed her impressive weight loss by posting a motivational video to her social media.
The former TOWIE star took to her Instagram page to share a video of herself while she was working out in the gym.
The 40 year old filmed herself in the mirror as she posed while wearing black leggings and a funky patterned top.
The star, who has been losing weight recently, said “I hope you’re all feeling motivated and good morning Britain!”
She went on to caption the post: “Hope you’re all feeling motivated guys why is it the minute the weather gets better you feel so much more motivation.”
Fans rushed to the comments to praise Gemma for how great she looked.
One person said: “You look absolutely amazing,” as a second added: “Go girl looking fab and healthy.”
Another wrote: “You are looking sensational hun x”
A fourth took to the comments to say: “Wow Gemma, you are looking incredible!!!”
Gemma has been regularly sharing pics to her Instagram page, showing off her shrinking figure, already managing to lose a total of three stone.
The TV star recently admitted she was trying to kickstart her healthy New Year plan after saying some days she doesn’t feel good enough.
Just days ago she revealed she would be travelling to Mykonos, Greece once she’s completed all of her upcoming work.
The blonde beauty said it was her favourite place to go as well as Italy.
She shared a stunning snap of herself where she was wearing a flowy floral patterned white top which she pared with tight white leggings that highlighted her curves.
Gemma accessorised her look with a bright pink head-piece and sparkly flat sandals.
She went for her usual full glam makeup with a nude glossy lip and lashings of mascara and defined eyebrows.
With the pic Gemma said: ” MYKONOS once my work is complete i am hitting Mykonos hard … it’s my favourite place and Italy I’m going in hard he he he the weather atm is actually not the one where’s your go to as soon as you can comment below anyone else looking back at holiday pics dreaming.”
It seems that Gemma is in the mood to take a break from the UK weather as she told her fans encouraged her fans to follow their dreams alongside a throwback snap of the star standing on a yacht.
She transported her fans back to times before Covid as the photo was from March 2020 from her luxury holiday in Tenerife.
She looked amazing in a skimpy leopard print F&F swimsuit while looking radiant in the sun.
